Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026 · Pending formal client and legal approval
This document outlines the standard engagement framework for Creative Ledger services. Exact commercial terms, contract definitions, payment terms, and liability limitations must receive formal approval from Creative Ledger management and legal counsel before production deployment.
1. Engagement & Service Scope
Creative Ledger provides business advisory, sole trader/company registration support, monthly bookkeeping, payroll management, and practical administration support. The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines are specified in individual client proposals and letters of engagement issued prior to work commencing.
2. Consultation & Booking Terms
Initial consultations allow us to review your business requirements and establish tailored scope. Where appointment deposits apply, they are credited toward agreed onboarding or service fees in accordance with the specific consultation booking agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely, accurate, and complete records, invoices, receipts, and statutory information. While Creative Ledger assists with compliance deadlines and submissions, the ultimate statutory responsibility for the accuracy of tax returns remains with the business owner / company directors under Irish law.
4. Fees, Pricing & Invoicing
Package fees (Start from €70 one-off, Grow from €170/month, Succeed tailored) and custom project quotations are confirmed in writing prior to engagement. Invoicing schedules and payment terms are specified in your service agreement.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All client financial data, business plans, and commercial information are treated with strict confidentiality. Processing of personal data is conducted in full compliance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing Law
These terms and any engagement agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
